Quality Hotel Hampstead - London

The room was spacious, and i loved the selection at breakfast, especially the fresh croissants and organic juices. The friendly staff were always available to help.

the wifi connection was spotty at times.

A very good stay with two nights in a good hotel. Overall clean venue with brilliant and handy location in London near to London as well as shops. Generous breakfast options, including cereals, breads and croissants.

Stayed one night at this hotel on 30th May, formerly called Charles Barnard Hotel and have used the same hotel for London trips before. The rooms are clean and comfortable and buffet breakfast is good. The hotel is quietly and conveniently situated just off the Finchley Road and has car parking facilities. Finchley Road Tube station is about 200 yards away and approx 20mins from Central London. Easy to access from M1 and M40 motorways.

Good location, close to tube station & range of shops. Quiet side street off the main road. Breakfast very good. I chose this hotel after reading previous reviews this strategy paid off.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. The staff once gave me great currency exchange tips, and their friendly service always makes my stay enjoyable. I'm excited to come back for Christmas!

The hotel was good value for money and the night t reception staff member was very helpful.The young lady serveing the breakfast was very nice and helpful.

The room was very clean....it was also a good location to travel into London by tube...Finchley Road station is only 7 minutes walk from the hotel......also has a car park which is unusual for London hotels...the breakfast was very good...and they have Sky sports in the bar.....very pleasant stay...Steve Cafferty.

Hot water issues during peak times!!! Sound insulation really needs improvement for a decent night's sleep!!! Rooms appear rundown and could use some updates!!! Limited parking space can definitely be frustrating!!!

The room was tiny, couldn't hardly move in the bathroom. Room was not that clean with all marks on the bathroom door. At best I would say it compared with a poor (small) travelodge!

Convenient location for central London, not too far from the motorway with hotel parking. Clean acommodation and reasonably sized room with standard hotel facilities with friendly staff, all at a reasonable price for London hotels.

The bath towel was rather small, and they should consider larger ones; it resembled a large hand towel in size.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I loved the variety, especially the fresh coffee and tea options. The phone with local info in the room was super handy! I'd definitely come back.

car park is free and locatcion is nice. cot is comfortable so my baby slept puickly.
